Women usually are the ones who are always experiencing hormonal imbalances, especially when a woman is pregnant or having her menstrual period. These conditions that a woman might be in may precipitate to her feeling extreme fatigue.

It is somewhat natural for them to feel it when they are in a situation like this, but take note that much fatigue every single day, even if with these conditions, may be alarming and may signal you to visit your doctor immediately.

In the United States, studies showed that diabetes mellitus is a common condition for women and usually extreme fatigue is one of the symptoms. Another condition that is more common in women that may contribute to them feeling it is anemia. Due to minimal supply of oxygen to the body, a female may feel extreme fatigue when experiencing anemia.

Then we go to men’s hormones called the testosterone. Low levels of testosterone may contribute to a man feeling extreme fatigue. This may result to having a minimal amount of energy in your body system that will lead to fatigue for a male. Low testosterone levels also precipitate to conditions like osteoporosis and heart disease.

Testosterone levels also contribute to a male’s sleeping activity. Minimal amount of testosterone will definitely ruin a male’s sleeping activity that will result to an everyday feeling of extreme fatigue due to lack of sleep.

There is also what they call the adrenal fatigue. This condition may occur in both male and female. The adrenal glands are usually the one who lets the body avoid fatigue in times of stress. But, there comes a time that a person’s adrenal gland will fail to release adequate amount of hormones for the body to withhold stress.

This will eventually lead for a person to feel extreme fatigue that may result to lesser capability to do activities of daily living.

The most common answer to problems involving extreme fatigue is to have enough rest and sleep. Our body may not have the ability to tell us by words that it has already reached its limit but our body will react through physical symptoms that will warn anybody to stop and sit for a while.

Learn to take good care of your own body. In that way, you will not face any further problems in the future that might result to worsening the extremity of fatigability that you are already feeling.
