As simple as drinking a minimum of 6 glasses of water and a maximum of 8 glasses should be the solution to take off those extra weight on your shoulder. It would definitely be of much help to become thinner and avoid that feeling of exhaustion.

For you to feel energized all the time, you must be able to know your own body. Know that a person’s body should be taken cared of and not pushed to the limit. It is important to have enough information on the things that might harm yourself.

Too much exhaustion is bad for the body. Lighten up once in a while. You will never know what good it will do to you, mentally and physically.

So why am I always tired and what can I do? Besides exercising, you should also have your blood sugar levels tested, have your thyriod checked by a doctor and reduce your sugar intake.
